Cheese Soufflé


My Grandma really liked making this. And she would talk about it a lot. For some reason i thought it would be really difficult to make. And it's not at all. It's super easy.

Cheese Soufflé

1 cup rolled crackers
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 eggs well beaten
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup milk

Crush crackers and place in casserole dish. Add milk, cheese and butter. Stir. Beat eggs, then add to mixture and mix well.

Bake ~50 minutes until centre is set at 350F.
