Baked Sweet Potatoes

This is an easy way to have sweet potatoes on the side. They are healthier than regular potatoes, and I don't add any sugar in this recipe.

First take your sweet potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.

Then cut into pieces.


Place pieces in covered baking dish and place in oven for ~ 40 minutes until tender.




That's it. It's that easy. You could add butter, but I didn't as I used some of these to make baby food.

Green Beans

I learned to do this with peas, and really it works well with a lot of vegetables.

Green Beans

Prepare beans by snapping of ends, break in half if needed.
Place in steamer for 8-10 minutes.


In serving dish place 1 pat of butter
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 clove garlic mixed


Add Green Beans and mix.
